Restrictive Covenant Submission

As part of the restrictive covenants and to comply with the terms and conditions of our client’s fencing and landscaping package, all house plans—including elevations and finishes schedule—must be submitted for the Developer’s approval prior to commencing construction. This ensures the plans comply with any conditions associated with the selected lot.
