New Community Park Takes Shape
Exciting progress is being made on Vista's newest community park, creating another space for residents to relax, connect and enjoy the outdoors. Once complete, the park will become a valuable addition to the growing network of recreational spaces throughout the estate.

A Step Closer to Karnup Station
A recent update from the WA Government has provided further progress on the future Karnup Train Station, with funding committed to final planning, design, and approvals ahead of construction, which is expected to commence in 2028. Located just minutes from Vista, the station is expected to improve connectivity for residents travelling across Perth while supporting the continued growth of the surrounding area. Once complete, the journey to Perth is expected to take around 46 minutes.
